17- Who owns the content generated by, and how is it legally protected?

The ownership of AI-generated content is a complex legal issue. Generally, Aidon holds the right to its general knowledge base used by for its training and the output models that it has created. Aidon protects its general knowledge base and output models by applying traditional intellectual property laws like copyrights and patents.​ The customized knowledge base created with content from our clients and used by remains the property of our clients.  As for the content generated from the output models based on prompts made by our clients, it is the property of both Aidon and our clients. The content generated from the output models based on prompts made by a client is strictly confidential and can only be used within our client's organization. This content is not for distribution outside our client's organization to 3rd parties.


18.    What is the cost of the


The cost of a monthly subscription to the Individual version of is currently fixed at $299 per month. A subscription to the Team or Enterprise version of can be as low as $1,199 per month. It will vary based on the number of additional users and the degree of customization (optional extras) requested. The Enterprise version of requires a minimum subscription of 6 months and prices are provided by quote only.

19.    What are tokens?

Each time an user makes a prompt on its platform, tokens are spent. tokens refer to units of text used in processing input and generating responses. Each token represents a fragment of a word, and the system uses these tokens to understand and produce language. For example, " is great!" would be split into tokens like "Ai", "don", ".ai", " is", " great", and "!". The number of tokens affects processing cost and response length.

20.    How do I know how many tokens I have left? tracks how many basic and incremental tokens each user has left before the end of his/her subscription.

21.    Can additional tokens be purchased?

Additional tokens can be purchased in increments of $150. The unused incremental tokens can be reused in the following months of your subscription.

22.    Can unused monthly basic tokens be used in the following month?

Every month, your subscription is delivered with a number of basic tokens. Basic tokens are different than incremental tokens. Unused basic tokens cannot be used the following month. As for the unused incremental purchased tokens, they can be reused in the following months of your subscription.

23.    What is the payment method to use

Like most generative AI tools, requires its clients to pay at the beginning of their subscription. The Individual version of Aidon can only be paid by credit card. As for the Team version of, both credit card and bank wire transfers are accepted. Finally, the Enterprise version of can only be paid by wire transfer.

24.    Can we receive a proposal to use

For the Team and Enterprise version of, we will send you a proposal. You will need to indicate the number of users and what additional features (optional extras) that you require. We do not provide proposals for the Individual versions of

You will receive an invoice from Aidon Limited once you have made either your credit or bank wire transfer payment.

As for the Enterprise version of, the implementation process involves needs assessment, data integration, customization, user training, and continuous monitoring and optimization.

The implementation for the individual and team versions of is completed within one business day after payment. The implementation for the Enterprise version involves isolated hosting on either AWS or Google Cloud and typically takes a few days, but no more than a week. This process includes the use of Docker and the addition of extra security measures. If isolated hosting is required outside the USA, within the client's country, the implementation may take longer than a week.

70.    How often is upgraded and maintained?

The platform is regularly upgraded and maintained to ensure optimal performance and security. Updates and maintenance activities are carried out as follows. Minor updates are performed several times a month to address any minor issues and improvements. Major Updates occur quarterly, introducing new features and significant enhancements. As for routine maintenance, it is conducted monthly to ensure the platform's stability and security.

The platform software updates include new features, security patches, and performance improvements.

The platform requires no hardware other than a computing device with a browser. It supports the following browser vendors: Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox.

Support service is handled via community user support and emails. All versions of the solution include standard support, where your email will be handled within 72 hours by a real human. The Team version of includes priority support as an optional extra, where emails are handled within 24 hours. The Enterprise version of includes 10 hours of priority support. In option, a client using the Enterprise version of can sign a service level agreement (SLA) specific to their need.

Integration of with other applications, such as your EA tools, is accomplished using RESTful APIs. The extent of integration will depend on the number of services you require.

The multi-tenant platform for its Individual and Team versions is cloud-hosted on AWS in Virginia, USA. We offer options on either AWS or Google Cloud for isolated cloud hosting. Additionally, country-specific cloud hosting is available on AWS or Google Cloud, provided these vendors offer services in the chosen country. Starting in 2025, Microsoft Azure cloud hosting will be available upon special request at an additional cost.
